(9) the relationship and influence of the proposed medical institution on other medical institutions within the service radius area;
(10) the sewage, dirt, and fecal matter treatment plan of the proposed medical institution;
( (11) the communication, power supply, water and sewage, fire fighting facilities of the proposed medical institution;
(12) the source of funds, investment methods, total investment, registered capital (capital);
(13) the investment budget of the proposed medical institution;
(14) the cost-benefit prediction and analysis of the proposed medical institution for a period of five years. And submit proof of the creditworthiness of the unit or person applying for the establishment.
