1, company name approval
Go to the industrial and commercial bureau to get the application form for pre-approval of enterprise name, fill in the company name, and search online (the intranet of the industrial and commercial bureau) to see if any other company has registered a similar name. If there is no duplicate name or similar name, it shall be approved and a Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name shall be issued. Note: this form can keep the company name for you for 6 months, and no one else can apply.
2. Prepare articles of association
Download the sample articles of association from the website of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau and modify it to your company information. Finally, the Articles of Association shall be signed by all shareholders;
3. Apply for a business license
Fill in: application form for establishment registration, application form for supervision by shareholders, directors and managers, registration form for legal representative, and registration form for designated representative or entrusted agent. Submit it to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau together with the copy of the capital verification notice, articles of association, lease contract and real estate license. The industrial and commercial bureau can obtain a copy of the business license from the industrial and commercial bureau within 3 working days after handling;
Step 4 deal with official seals
Send the newly received copy of the business license and the original legal person ID card to the Public Security Bureau for engraving;
5. Go through the tax registration.
6. The bank opens an enterprise in basic deposit account.
In basic account, every bank charges different fees for opening an account.

The establishment of a company shall apply for pre-approval of its name.
Article 22
Where the business scope of the company applying for registration belongs to the items that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, it shall be reported to the relevant state departments for approval before applying for registration, and the relevant approval documents shall be submitted to the company registration authority.
Article 25
For companies established according to law, the Company Registration Authority shall issue the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. With the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person issued by the company registration authority, the company seals, opens a bank account and applies for tax registration.
