(i) discharging air pollutants into the environment;
(ii) discharging, directly or indirectly, industrial wastewater and medical wastewater, as well as other wastewater and sewage containing toxic and hazardous substances, such as heavy metals, radioactive substances, pathogens and other toxic and hazardous substances, into a body of water; centralized municipal wastewater treatment facilities;
