③ The Infection Management Section shall organize relevant personnel to deal with the site of medical waste leakage and diffusion as soon as possible.

④ When dealing with the area polluted by medical wastes, the impact on patients, medical personnel, other personnel on site and the environment should be minimized.

⑤ Transporters quickly collect, clean and disinfect leaked, spilled and scattered medical wastes. The spilled liquid is absorbed by absorbing materials such as sawdust. Harmless treatment shall be carried out on the polluted areas and articles, and the polluted areas shall be blocked if necessary to prevent further pollution.

6. Cleaning personnel must wear protective clothing, gloves, masks, boots and other protective equipment when cleaning. After cleaning, utensils and protective equipment must be disinfected.

⑦ If the body (skin) of the cleaner is accidentally damaged during the operation, measures should be taken in time to replace protective articles, and the contaminated skin should be wiped with 0.25% peracetic acid for 3 minutes before bathing, and medication should be given if necessary.

⑧ Cleaning personnel must spray, wipe and clean the contaminated ground with 0. 1-0.2% chlorine-containing disinfectant. Disinfection work should be carried out from the least polluted area to the most polluted area, and all used tools that may be contaminated should also be disinfected.

Pet-name ruby infection management department must report the accident to the hospital emergency team, health bureau and environmental protection bureau. After handling the accident, a written report shall be submitted to the emergency team of the hospital, the Health Bureau and the Environmental Protection Bureau. The contents of the report include: (1) the time, place, cause and brief course of the accident; (2) Types, quantities, causes of pollution of leaked and scattered medical wastes and departments that produce medical wastes; (3) Harm and potential impact caused by medical waste leakage and leakage; (four) emergency measures and results.

Once the attending personnel are contaminated or stabbed by medical waste at work, they should immediately report to the Infection Management Department, take corresponding treatment measures according to different treatment methods, receive medical technical treatment when necessary, and conduct physical examination to prevent infectious diseases.
