To handle the "sanitation permit approval", we must first prepare three things: materials, prototypes and factories (only the first two items are needed for imported products).

1. Information: It is required to comply with the Provisions of the Ministry of Health on Acceptance of Hygienic Administrative License for Drinking Water Hygiene and Safety Products and the relevant supplementary provisions of the health administrative department of Hebei Province, and prepare information according to the different requirements of "domestic wading products", "imported wading products" and "new wading products";

2. Prototype: It must be consistent with the data. The number of large-scale water quality processors is 1 set (1 set for each series of products), and the number of small-scale water quality processors is 2 times or more than the number of collected and sealed samples.

3. Factory building: It must meet the requirements in Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water Hygienic and Safety Products Manufacturers and Field Audit Form for Water Quality Processor (Large-scale) Manufacturers. The main hygiene requirements are: the workshop area of the production workshop is ≥ 100㎡, the entrance and exit of the assembly workshop should be separated from the flow of people and logistics, and people can enter through the dressing room (there are wardrobes and shoe racks, and ultraviolet lamps are hung on the ceiling), there is a hand-washing pool at the entrance, a disinfection pool and a cleaning pool in the workshop, and ultraviolet lamps should be installed in the assembly (packaging) area.

Procedures for applying for "Hygienic Approval Document for Waterrelated Products". After the above "three things" are ready, you can follow the following procedures:

1. declare a full set of on-site audit data to the provincial health department (in duplicate, one for the provincial health department, and one for the enterprise after each page is stamped);

2. After the declaration, the provincial health supervision department shall review the production capacity within 10 working day, fill in the "On-site Audit Form of (large-scale) water quality processor production enterprises", which shall be signed by both the audit inspector and the accompanying personnel of the enterprise. If there are any unqualified items, the enterprise should rectify them in time; After passing the inspection, seal the product samples;

3. After the sample is sealed, the prototype is sent for inspection. In addition to the prototype, a "product description" should be provided for inspection.

4. After the prototype has passed the inspection, the complete set of materials will be copied and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise in the lower right corner of each page, bound into volumes, examined and approved step by step, and then the provincial health permit documents will be issued.

Imported wading products, domestic water quality processors (including all kinds of water purifiers) and protective materials, new materials and chemicals that come into contact with drinking water must obtain the approval of the health administrative license for wading products of the Ministry of Health. On the basis of the above work, these products should be declared to the supervision center of the Ministry of Health, with one original and four copies.

6. After receiving the evaluation opinions, the enterprise shall modify and supplement them as required, and then report them to the Health Supervision Center of the Ministry of Health for evaluation.
