Lanzhou General Hospital of Lanzhou Military Region now has four organizational departments, namely, Medical Department, Political Department, Hospital Affairs Department and Nursing Department, 30 clinical departments and 23 medical and technical departments. According to the order of the headquarters, on June 1, 2004, the former Lanzhou Air 473 Hospital was merged into our hospital as a whole, which is called Lanzhou General Hospital of Lanzhou Military Region Anning Branch. The hospital has 4 military centers for orthopedic trauma, urology, hematology, and eugenics for family planning, 1 military pharmacology base (which was approved to be the national clinical research base for drugs on June 1, 2004), 9 military district specialty centers, and 16 joint cultivation sites for doctoral and master's degree students, and a post-doctoral scientific research station was set up in the hospital with the approval of the Ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China and the General Department of Political Science in 2002 with 18 post-doctoral researchers standing. In 2002, approved by the Ministry of Personnel and the General Political Department, a postdoctoral research station was established in our hospital.
