Legal basis: "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 83 If the parties to a labor dispute are dissatisfied with the arbitration award, they may file a lawsuit with the People's Court within 15 days from the date of receipt of the arbitration award. File a lawsuit. If one party does not initiate a lawsuit within the statutory time limit and fails to perform the arbitration award, the other party may apply to the People's Court for compulsory enforcement.
