Chengdu Feiya Aviation Equipment Application Research Institute is a high-tech private enterprise focusing on avionics equipment maintenance, located in Huangtianba, Chengdu, where Chengdu Aircraft Industry (Group) Company, a key aviation enterprise, is located. Chengdu Feiya Aviation Equipment Application Research Institute covers an area of more than 5,000 square meters, with an existing workshop area of 3,000 square meters and more than 50 employees. Among them, 40 people are directly engaged in maintenance work. These maintenance personnel are basically maintenance and testing positions from the aviation industry. They have been engaged in aviation maintenance for many years, have rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and have a firm quality consciousness of "aviation product quality first". In order to expand the aviation maintenance market in China, Chengdu Feiya Aviation Equipment Application Research Institute was formally established on July 1994 by a man of insight who has been engaged in aviation maintenance inspection for many years in Chengdu Aircraft Industry Company. In recent years, Chengdu Feiya has successfully completed the maintenance of various high-tech projects of major domestic civil aviation companies and troops, developed and produced some airborne equipment, externally processed and produced civil products, and developed various comprehensive test platforms. Chengdu Feiya undertakes the inspection and maintenance of communication and navigation systems such as Doppler navigation radar, weather radar, HF, VHF radio, ADF, VOR, ILS and DME installed on Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Airbus, Russian-made and domestic passenger planes and transport planes, air traffic control systems such as transponders, avionics instruments and gyroscopes, and power and electrical equipment such as APU starters, alternators and fans. In addition to Russian-made equipment, the scope of maintenance also includes major avionics provided by British and American suppliers. For example: Smith, Honeywell, Rockwell, Collins, Lianxin, Garrett, Bendiks King, SUNDSTRAND and other companies.
