Excluded are raw materials, fuels, equipment, tools, etc., sold to enterprises and institutions in all sectors of the national economy (including farms in the state-owned economy) for production and operation, and commodities sold for resale to the wholesale and retail trade and the catering industry, commodities sold on consignment in thrift consignment stores, business income from the service industry, income from the sale of stamps by post offices, and products of water, electricity, and gas production (supply) units.
