1, O-ring

Mainly used for static sealing and reciprocating motion seal.

2, V-type sealing ring

7, YX-type hole retaining ring (seal)

This standard applies to the cylinder working pressure is greater than 16MPa with YX-type sealing ring, or cylinder eccentric force, to protect the sealing ring.

Operating temperature:-40~+100℃.

Working medium: hydraulic oil, emulsion, water Product hardness: HS92 ± 5A Material: PTFE.

8, shaft with YX-type seals

For reciprocating motion hydraulic cylinder in the piston rod seal. Scope of application:TPU: general hydraulic cylinder, general equipment hydraulic cylinder. CPU: hydraulic cylinder for construction machinery and high temperature, high pressure cylinder. Material: polyurethane TPU, CPU, rubber. Product hardness: HS85±2°A.

Operating temperature: TPU: -40 ~ +80 ℃ CPU: -40 ~ +120 ℃ Working pressure: ≤ 32Mpa.

9, shaft YX-type retaining ring (seal)

10, O-type rubber seals (GB1235-76)

This standard O-type rubber seals are suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic systems and a variety of mechanical equipment and components, in the specified pressure, temperature, and different liquids and gases in the medium, at rest or in motion to play a sealing role.

Operating temperature:-40~+230℃. Working pressure:<10~220Kg,f/cm. Working medium:air,water,oil. Product hardness:40~85±2A.

Materials:NBR, silicone, fluorine rubber, ethylene propylene rubber.

11, O-shaped sealing ring with retaining ring (seal)

This standard applies to the cylinder pressure is greater than 10MPa with O-ring use. Working temperature: -100 ~ 200 ℃

Working medium: hydraulic oil, emulsion, water

Material: PTFE according to: JB / ZQ4224-86 adapted to GB1235-76

12, J-type skeleton dust ring (sealing ring)

Used for reciprocating cylinders, cylinders, piston rods or valve stems exposed to play the role of dust. Dustproof function. Scope of application: TPU: engineering machinery, general machinery, cylinders and various types of valves. CPU: engineering machinery cylinders, oil and gas cylinders in poor working conditions. Material: polyurethane, nitrile rubber. Operating temperature: -40~120℃.
