Interview process:
Two rounds of e-interviews, four rounds of one-on-one interviews ranging from 30-45 minutes each.
Everything was based on specific examples, with various perspectives on the shareable parts of various personal past experiences.

It also includes a round of English-only interviews with foreigners.
We haven't waited for the result yet, but I feel it's a moderate foreign company style, which is more objective and responsible.
