It is not recommended to do cystoscopy, too much damage to the urethra. I have a uncle who did a cystoscopy and urinated blood for a week. It's not a good idea to spend more money on an in-vitro exam than on a cystoscopy. It's too painful and they don't even let you take painkillers.
