Russia and that country have no tariffs
There are no tariffs in Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. The extension of the period of zero tariffs and tariff preferences for some types of important imports until March 31, 2023 has been approved by the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission. Decisions on a number of items within the competence of the Eurasian Economic Commission Commission will be taken in the coming period. The extension will reportedly affect some raw materials: pharmaceutical and chemical products, varnishes, dyes, textile and leather processing agents, certain types of adhesives and starches, plastics, rubber and rubber products, some cellulosic products, wool raw materials, cotton and flax, chemical fibers, yarns and fibers. The list will also include some manufactured goods, such as pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and laboratory research reagents. Earlier, the Eurasian Economic Union Commission set import tariffs at zero rate until September 30, 2022 on 1307 items. The measure provides support to consumers of finished products and import-dependent producers, the sources said.
