6, resource construction and teacher training needs to be further strengthened

The pilot areas have generally provided training for teachers selected from the schools where the project is deployed. However, the pilot work shows that: for rural teachers, a training is far from being able to reach the level of skillful application, far from being able to meet the needs of education and teaching, there is a continuous training, repeated training process. The application level of modern distance education in each school is also still relatively low. Need to further increase the training of teachers and administrators, especially to increase the training of educational teaching methods.
