1. Testing Time
All holidays, 8:00-11:30 am, 14:00-pm 17:00.
2. Testing process
Step one: Bring your ID card to the hospital. If you do not have an ID card, please follow the hospital’s official WeChat account “Guangzhou Haizhu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital”.
Step 2: Click Service Center - Electronic Health Card;
Step 3: Click Add Health Card;
Step 4: Fill in all required Data, click to bind immediately.
Step 5: Open the service center, click Inspection and Payment, and enter your ID number and mobile phone number first. Remember, you don't need to press OK. The on-site doctor will help you confirm payment after entering the information.

: 4. Obtain nucleic acid test report
1. Take samples before 12:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday. The electronic test report can be found at Suikang Ma and Yuekang Ma at 6:00 p.m. on the same day. Test results.
2. Take samples after 12 o'clock in the morning from Monday to Friday, and check the test results at 23 o'clock on the same day on Suikang Ma and Yuekang Ma.
3. Sampling is conducted on Saturdays and Sundays, and the test results can be found at Suikang Ma and Yuekang Ma at 23:00 on the same day.
4. Paper reports are collected from other places: self-printing at the entrance of the laboratory on the 4th floor of the front building of the hospital.
5. The fastest way to obtain the report is to follow the official WeChat account of our hospital, click - Service Center - Personal Information - Nucleic Acid Test Report Query, and enter your ID card and mobile phone number to query.
6. For electronic invoices, follow the official WeChat account of our hospital, click - Service Center - Personal Information - Physical Examination Electronic Bill, and enter the information as required to query.
