What does pouring mean: to water, to irrigate; to pour liquid into a mold.
Pouring is described as follows:
In construction, pouring means pouring concrete that has been mixed into a mold. A mold here can mean a pile hole that has been dug or it can mean a column formwork and beam formwork that has been assembled. During the construction process, the concrete must be poured in accordance with the following requirements: the concrete is transported directly to the construction site by concrete trucks, and the concrete is later poured by pumping and continuous pouring.
The retarder is added to the concrete to ensure that the quality of the concrete is in accordance with the design requirements; before sinking the conduit, the denseness and firmness of the conduit connection must be inspected in detail to avoid leakage of slurry and air leakage.
Pressurized filling method is introduced as follows:
Pressurized filling is to install sealing device in the upper part of the orifice pipe, or to add drilling sealer on the drilling rod to seal the upper part of the leaking layer, which creates a high pressure inside the hole during the filling, forcing the cement slurry to enter into the hole trails or fissures of the strata, forming enough seepage radius, and effectively reinforcing the rock of the pore wall after consolidation.
Cement slurry can be used in the form of cement slurry.
Pump filling method is the most commonly used method, it is through the drilling rod with a pump to pressure cement slurry into the hole leakage or collapse of the rock layer, in order to achieve the purpose of wall plugging. This method is suitable for grouting a large amount of drilling, and the depth of the hole is not restricted, the construction is simple, without special equipment and specialized tools, while the pressurized grouting can be achieved, but the fluidity of the cement slurry is better, easy to pump.
Low-pressure filling is introduced as follows:
Low-pressure filling (Reaction Injection Moulding) is also known as low-pressure reaction injection molding. It is a new process applied to the production of fast molded products.
It will be a two-component polyurethane material after mixing, at room temperature, low-pressure environment into the rapid mold, through the material polymerization, crosslinking, curing and other chemical and physical processes to form products.
It has the advantages of high efficiency, short production cycle, simple process and low cost. Suitable for product development process of small batch trial production, as well as small batch production, the structure of the simpler cover parts and large thick-walled and uneven wall thickness products production.
