10. Preventive measures for some common flooding accidents:
1) Security guards should pay attention to whether there is silt, debris or plastic bags in the drainage channels when patrolling and inspecting the equipment and whether they are clogged or not, and clean up and unblock them at any time; the cleaners should clean up the rooftops and the drainage ditches at regular intervals, so as to prevent the garbage from being washed into the drainage outlets after rain and causing clogging.
2) Strengthen the inspection of the fire sprinkler system to prevent collision, moving the sprinkler head or fire hydrant caused by flooding.
3) Before the arrival of disastrous weather (typhoon, heavy rain, heavy snow), janitorial and security personnel should carry out a comprehensive inspection of the company's doors, windows, rooftops, drainage ditches, catchment wells, drainage pumps, etc., and find timely repair of the problem.
4) Plumbers in the operation of the installation, maintenance should be strictly in accordance with the operating procedures to prevent improper operation of the flooding accident.
