(5) the urban construction department is responsible for the health management of people and dogs when they are outdoors. (9) Large dogs must be tethered or kept in captivity; When a small ornamental dog goes out, it must be hung with a dog tag and tied with a dog chain, and led by a person with behavioral ability. If the dog excretes feces outdoors, it should be removed immediately.
