Hemodialysis rooms should have isolated treatment rooms or isolated areas, equipped with special dialysis operation supplies carts, isolated dialysis for patients with hepatitis B, and relatively fixed staff personnel.
Medical staff and patient changing area should be set up separately, according to the actual situation to establish the medical staff channel and patient channel. Hemodialysis units should establish a system for monitoring the quality of dialysis fluid and dialysis water.
(1) Dialysis water shall be cultured for bacteria once a month, and specimens shall be collected at the location where the water enters the hemodialysis machine, and the bacterial count shall not exceed 200 cfu/ml;
(2) Dialysis fluid shall be cultured for bacteria once a month, and specimens shall be collected at the location where the dialysis fluid enters the dialyzer, and the bacterial count shall not exceed 200 cfu / ml;
(3) Dialysis fluid Endotoxin test is conducted once every three months, and the method of retaining specimens is the same as that of bacterial culture, and the endotoxin should not exceed 2eu/ml;
(4) Units that configure their own dialysis solution should regularly test the solute concentration of the dialysis solution, and the method of retaining specimens is the same as that of bacterial culture, and the results should be in accordance with the regulations;
(5) The chemical contaminants of the water used in dialysis should be measured at least once a year, and the test of soft water, hardness and free chlorine should be conducted at least once a week. Hardness and free chlorine test at least once a week, the results shall comply with the provisions.
Hemodialysis units should establish a standardized and reasonable dialysis diagnosis and treatment process, develop a strict reception system, the implementation of real-name management of patients.
Hemodialysis units shall establish files for dialysis equipment, carry out routine maintenance of dialysis equipment, and ensure the normal operation of dialysis machines and other related equipment.
Medical equipment, medical consumables and medical supplies used in the hemodialysis room shall conform to the national standards and be used and managed in accordance with the relevant national regulations.
Hemodialysis units shall establish good communication channels between doctors and patients, and fulfill the notification procedures for patients in accordance with the regulations, so as to safeguard the rights and interests of patients.
Hemodialysis units shall establish a hemodialysis patient registration and medical record management system. Dialysis medical records, including the first medical records, dialysis records, laboratory records, medication records.
Strictly implement the regulations of single-use items. The hemodialyzers approved by the State Food and Drug Administration that can be reused should be operated in accordance with the Code of Practice for the Reuse of Hemodialyzers commissioned by the Ministry of Health and formulated by the Chinese Medical Association.
