In order to y implement the scientific outlook on development, to optimize the environment of development, to improve the efficiency of the work, in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative License" and the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations. Municipal government of the city's municipal administrative licensing matters for a comprehensive clean-up. After a rigorous review and validation, the municipal government decided to cancel, adjust a number of administrative licensing matters, is now the clean-up program to be announced.
The relevant departments at all levels should be in accordance with the announced clean-up program, carefully organized and implemented. The decision to retain the continued implementation of matters, in accordance with the requirements of the relative concentration of administrative licensing authority, unified into the city administrative approval service hall. For matters decided to cancel or stop implementation, follow-up supervision should be strengthened, and shall not be implemented in any form of licensing. For matters decided to change the way of management, supporting measures shall be formulated to strengthen the checking and auditing after the event to prevent the emergence of management vacuum. For matters decided to be decentralized to districts and municipalities for implementation, the process should be revamped and well connected. For matters decided not to be included in the municipal administrative licensing matters catalog, simplify procedures and improve efficiency.
After the date of publication of this decision by the laws and regulations of the new set of adjustments to the administrative licensing matters, the implementation of the authorities should be submitted to the municipal government legal department beforehand to adjust the description of the legal department of the municipal government confirmed in accordance with the law, and reported to the municipal government for approval and implementation of the announcement.
