(1) technical rooms: program production room, control room, studio, receiving room, transmitter room, amplification station room, monitoring station, monitoring car, laboratory, facilities storage and its ancillary equipment of the above rooms;
(2) receiving open wire, feeder, pulling line, site, ground network (well), hitching mast (pole), Lightning protection equipment, etc.;
(c) program delivery facilities, including overhead or buried program transmission cable lines, coaxial cable lines, fiber-optic cable lines, cable broadcasting pole lines, subscriber lines, speakers, cable television lines, underwater cable lines, microwave relay communication lines, microwave channels, satellite ground receiving stations, transmission of program signals FM pathway.
(d) motorized equipment for live broadcasting and interviewing of radio and television, including OB trucks, audio and video recording trucks, and fixed facilities at their broadcasting points;
(e) markers and cautionary devices of the facilities, including waterline devices (lamps), overhead signboards (lamps), marking stones (piles), fences, fences, etc.;
(f) ancillary facilities: support for broadcasting and television Dedicated ancillary facilities, such as power stations, substations, power distribution rooms, transmission lines, communication lines, water supply systems, dedicated roads and dedicated bridges. Article VIII protection area and space:
(1) 250 meters around the medium-wave transmission antenna area and space;
(2) broadcasting and television towers (poles) belong to the normal maintenance of the area and space, and pulling the line, anchor, markers and ancillary facilities around the foundation of the area within 2 meters;
(3) the overhead broadcasting and television feeder lines on both sides of the edge of the line within 3 meters
(4) the area and space within two parallel lines formed by two meters on each side of the underground radio and television lines;
(5) underwater cable lines on each side of 50 meters within two parallel lines formed by the waters. Chapter III Protection Measures Article IX broadcasting and television facilities damaged by natural disasters, the local people's government shall organize forces to assist the radio and television administrations to carry out emergency repairs. Article 10 The radio and television stations at all levels shall set up markers (signboards, stakes, marking stones) or guards (fences, fences, guard poles) in the facilities to be protected and their areas, space boundaries, and record them in writing to the relevant departments. Article 11 Within the protection area of radio and television facilities, the following acts are prohibited:
(1) building construction, drainage of wastewater, digging ditches for soil and sand, land leveling, grazing, digging pools, kilns, drilling, piling up garbage or bulky objects and inflammable and explosive substances;
(2) construction of highways, railroads, and erection of electric power lines and communication lines;
(3) dumping of acid, alkali, salt liquids and other harmful chemicals;
(4) anchoring, fish frying, boat propping and netting in the underwater cable protection zone. Article 12 In addition to what is stipulated in Article 5 of Chapter 2 of the Protection Regulations, the following acts that jeopardize the safety and effectiveness of radio and television program production, broadcasting and transmitting facilities are prohibited:
(1) Noise higher than 70 decibels within 1 meter from the radio and television program production rooms, broadcasting studios, and around the control rooms;
(2) Stacking flammable and explosive substances within 50 meters around the technical rooms;
(3) Stacking of flammable and explosive substances within 50 meters around the technical rooms;
(c) affecting the broadcasting station (station) dedicated highway, the use of dedicated bridges and the normal maintenance of facilities;
(d) in the monitoring of the open line, receiving antennae around the 15 meters and the antennae in the main direction of the horizontal angle of plus or minus 30 degrees, elevation angle of 3 degrees, the distance of 500 meters range of building and construction, crossing the overhead electric power, communication lines;
(e) in the Monitoring stations (stations) around the 500-meter range to set up metal barriers;
(f) in the radio and television program production, broadcasting, reception and other technical areas around the installation of radio and television facilities affecting the normal work of the facilities of very strong electromagnetic radiation. Article 13 In addition to what is stipulated in Article 6 of Chapter 2 of the Protection Regulations, the following acts which jeopardize the safety of radio and television program transmission facilities and impair their working efficiency are prohibited:
(1) hooking up loudspeakers or listening and sound-playing equipment on the transmission lines of radio and television programs;
(2) attaching electric power lines and communication lines as well as setting up television receiving antennas to the broadcasting and television transmission towers (poles);
(C) climbing broadcasting and television towers, masts, poles, towers (poles), cable or line facilities, tethering livestock, building squash huts, hanging objects, climbing crops;
(D) cut off the broadcasting station (station) water supply sources or damage to water supply facilities;
(E) in the microwave, FM transmission channels and satellite ground receiving stations in the radio channel to build buildings sufficient to affect or block the radio waves;
(E) in microwave, FM transmission channels and satellite ground receiving stations within the channel. (F) the use of towers (poles) to pull the line as a lifting anchor;
(VII) arbitrarily interrupt the use of postal and electric communication lines for transmission of broadcasting signals;
(VIII) in the radio and television stations (stations) on both sides of the highway within 3 meters of the soil or set up obstacles on the road;
(IX) in the vicinity of the overhead transmission lines to build Buildings, roofs from the vertical distance of the conductor less than 1 meter; flat roofed houses from the vertical distance of the conductor less than 2 meters; conductor from the horizontal distance of the building is less than 1 meter; conductor from the chimney or exhaust pipe is less than 2 meters from the horizontal distance;
(j) in rural towns and cities broadcasting on poles to set up lighting lines.
