Step one: the customer puts forward the product certificate PC application, test and certification issued PC certificate.
The second step: the customer gets the PC certificate, handed over to the Nigerian customer to the local bank to apply for import FORM M documents, delivered to the domestic customer.
The third step: the customer with the packing list invoice, has applied for the PC certificate, FORM M to determine the time and place to apply for inspection, inspection OK, the issuance of SONCAP certificate
