According to the Measures for the Administration of Geographical Names in Zhejiang Province and the Implementation Measures for the Administration of Geographical Names in Cixi City, the buildings (groups) on the plot of Smart Home Project in Hangzhou Bay New Area of Ningbo were named "Haici Garden" after examination and approval.
