Can I bring an electric toothbrush on the airplane?

Yes. If your electric razor, electric toothbrush and other electric daily necessities are lithium batteries, then you need to bring them with you, and if they are dry batteries, you can check them in.

Airlines have restrictions on size and weight. Each person can carry one item, each with a volume of no more than 20 x 40 x 55 centimeters and a weight of no more than 5 kilograms. First class passengers can carry two pieces of five kilograms. Lighters, liquids and knives are not allowed to be taken on board as carry-on items.

Lithium batteries are not allowed in checked baggage, and only consumer electronic devices (watches, calculators, cameras, cell phones, laptops, and portable video cameras) containing lithium or lithium-ion battery cells or batteries for personal use may be carried on board. Spare batteries must be individually protected to prevent short-circuiting and can only be carried in hand luggage. Spare batteries are limited to two per person.
