Content of field equipment maintenance management

F lubricating oil, wiping materials and cleaning agents of the equipment shall be used in strict accordance with the specifications and shall not be replaced at will. Lubricating oil must pass the test and must be filtered before being added to the oil tank.

Oil leakage control standard for field production equipment

(1) Oil leakage: the oil stain is not obvious, and it will not appear within five minutes after wiping off the oil stain.

(2) Oil leakage: oil stains are obvious, and some oil drops are formed. Oil stains or oil drops appear within five minutes after wiping.

(3) Oil leakage point: If there are obvious oil traces or oil drops, it is an oil leakage point.

(4) Oil-tight equipment: Oil-tight equipment refers to equipment with no oil leakage at the static joint surface and no oil leakage at the dynamic joint surface. 80% of the joint surface does not leak oil, and the oil leakage part does not leak more than one drop within three minutes, which basically belongs to oil-free equipment.

(5) Equipment with serious oil leakage: The equipment with serious oil leakage has one of the following conditions, or an oil leakage point drops more than three drops a minute.

(6) General oil leakage equipment: If there is any oil leakage, but it is not serious enough, it is a general oil leakage equipment.

(7) The treatment is qualified: the static joint surface does not leak oil, and the dynamic joint surface (except all moving parts such as hand-lubricated guide rail, lead screw and polished rod) does not leak oil.
