1. Manuscripts should be scientific, novel and logical, theoretical and guiding practical significance.
2. Manuscripts should have clear arguments, reliable data, informative information, correct analytical methods, concise language and neat writing.
3. The full text of research manuscripts, reviews and lectures should be about 5000 words, and the full text of clinical experience exchange manuscripts should be about 3000 words. The format of the article should be in accordance with the requirements of scientific and technical papers (preface, object and method, results, discussion), research manuscripts should be accompanied by an abstract of 150-200 words in English and Chinese, and three to five key words. The English abstract should also include the title, author's organization, author's name, and postal code. Abstracts in English and Chinese should be structured: containing the purpose (Objective), methods (Methods), results (Results) and conclusions (Conclusion).
4. The manuscript (available for copying) should be printed on 16-page white paper with clear handwriting, and the simplified characters should be based on the General List of Simplified Characters, which was re-published by the State Council in October 1986, and the figures should be in accordance with the National Language and Literature Commission. Numbers should be written in accordance with the Trial Provisions on the Usage of Numbers in Publications published by the State Language and Literature Commission and seven other organizations. The units of measurement should be in international standard units of measurement. Foreign languages should be typed or written in printed form, with the type of language, upper and lower case, and italicized. Figures should be drawn in ink on one side of white paper and should be twice the size of those planned for publication. Photographs should be printed on glossy paper and should be clear and well-defined. Figures and photographs should not be folded or scratched. On the back, please indicate the figure number, author, title, and top and bottom directions.
5. If the manuscript contains excerpts or quotations from other people's works, please indicate the name of the original author, the title of the work and its source in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Law, and list them in the reference list. Unpublished materials should not be included in the references, if necessary, can be added to the text, indicating the author, title and source. The format of the references, the Journal adopts a sequential coding system, the citation according to the order of the appearance of the Arabic numerals in order, and marked in square brackets.
6. Manuscripts will not be returned, regardless of whether they are published or not. If you do not receive a notification of acceptance after 3 months from the date of receipt of the manuscript, the author may dispose of the manuscript by himself/herself.
7. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Law, the journal may make textual modifications and abridgements to the manuscripts. The author's permission should be obtained for the modification of the content. If the author does not allow the modification of the content, please indicate it in the manuscript.
8. Please ask the head of the first author's organization to review the manuscript and attach a letter of introduction from the organization. Please do not submit the manuscript twice or more than once. If the manuscript has been read at academic conferences or published in internal journals, or published in other languages, please indicate this when submitting the manuscript.
9. After the author's organization on the first page of the manuscript, please indicate the name of the city where the organization is located and its zip code. These three items should be listed below the text on the first page and separated by a horizontal line. Please indicate the funding unit and number of the project.
