Legal basis: "Human Organ Transplant Regulations" Article XI of the medical institutions engaged in human organ transplantation, shall be in accordance with the "Regulations for the Administration of Medical Institutions," the provisions of the local provincial, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central People's Government, the competent departments of the health department to apply for the registration of human organ transplantation diagnostic and therapeutic subjects.
