Is it effective to treat chronic heart failure with heart rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine?

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with chronic heart failure. Methods From 20 15 to 20 16 in Huairou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 20 10 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine. NYHA heart association cardiac function grading, 6-minute walking test and TCM symptom evaluation were performed before and 6 months after treatment. Results The total effective rate of cardiac function (84.0%) and TCM symptoms (90.0%) in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (70.0% and 80.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (all P < 0.05). After treatment, the 6MWT in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the increase in the treatment group was more significant, with statistical significance (P

Chronic heart failure (CHF) refers to a series of symptoms and signs caused by the weakening of myocardial contraction function caused by various diseases, which reduces the output of the heart and cannot meet the needs of the body. It is the last stage of various heart diseases. Once chronic heart failure occurs, its condition will worsen, requiring repeated hospitalization, which will bring a heavy burden to personal life and family economy and increase social medical and health expenditure. Heart failure has become an important public health problem in the field of cardiovascular diseases in China.

In recent years, cardiac rehabilitation has become an important part of the comprehensive treatment system for cardiovascular diseases, that is, on the basis of standardized drug treatment, through various intervention measures, including exercise training, dietary guidance, psychological adjustment, regular monitoring of various indicators and health education. It can improve the quality of life of patients, make them return to normal society, and reduce the readmission rate and mortality rate of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Cardiac rehabilitation with exercise training as the core can reduce the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases, improve coronary blood flow, increase myocardial oxygen supply, improve cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients [1]. Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation is based on the theory of yin and yang, five elements, viscera and meridians, etiology and pathogenesis, qi, blood and body fluid, guided by the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and dialectical treatment, emphasizing holistic rehabilitation and dialectical rehabilitation, controlling body movement through mental consciousness, and complementing western medicine cardiac rehabilitation, which has certain advantages in relieving clinical symptoms of cardiovascular patients and improving quality of life [2]. In this study, a cardiac rehabilitation model of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was established for patients with chronic heart failure. According to the individual differences of patients, choosing the appropriate exercise mode has achieved good clinical results in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.
