Article 10: If raw and auxiliary materials are found not to meet the requirements in the production process, they have the right to report to the superior for handling. If losses are caused by continuous production, the responsible persons at all levels in the workshop shall be responsible for the consequences.
Article 11 When an employee picks up materials, the workshop director must issue a picking list to the warehouse and issue an outbound order. They are not allowed to take the materials without permission. After the assembly workshop is completed, all remaining materials (such as spare parts, etc.). ) should be returned to the warehouse, shall not be left in the workshop work area. During the production process, the person in charge of each workshop will put the articles and materials in the workshop area in a neat and orderly manner, and mark them well. Article 12 Employees shall operate in strict accordance with the equipment operation regulations, quality standards and process regulations in the production process, and shall not change the production process or assembly method of products without authorization. Article 13: Read the work instruction carefully before work. Article 14 Once the production process is determined, no one may change it at will. If any mistakes are found during the operation, they should be stopped immediately and the relevant department heads should be informed to discuss with them, and changes should be made after approval and signature.
Article 15 During working hours, employees must obey the work arrangement of managers and use the company's equipment, testing and other tools correctly. Don't use mechanical equipment that is not on the job. Idle production tools (such as chucks, molds, electric fans, screwdrivers, vises, etc.). ) should be sent to the designated area or returned to the warehouse keeper for safekeeping, otherwise it will be punished as illegal treatment.
Article 16 Workshop employees must achieve civilized production and actively complete the production tasks assigned by superiors; Temporary transfer due to work needs, obey the arrangement of the workshop director or above, assist in the work, and obey the management of the employing department.
