Qingdao Haier Company, formerly known as Qingdao Refrigerator General Factory, was established in 1984. It was approved by Qingdao Branch of the People's Bank of China1989+1February 6, and officially approved by Qingdao Municipal Commission for Economic Restructuring 1989.3.
1985, Zhang Ruimin raided the warehouse and found that there were still 76 unqualified refrigerators in the warehouse.
