Application process
Enterprise application, the application contains information about the applicant, manufacturer, production plant and product. Each model of goods should be applied for separately. Commodities of the same model with different manufacturers should also be applied for separately.
Stage 1: Application Acceptance
After receiving the application that meets the requirements, CQC will issue a notification of acceptance to the applicant, and notify the applicant to send or post the relevant documents and information. The application stage becomes 1.
At the same time, CQC sends the relevant fees and notifications.
Applicant provides information to CQC as required.
Applicant pays the fee and completes the payment voucher as required.
Stage 2: Data Review
During the data review stage, product certification engineers need to divide the application into units.
After the unit is divided, if sample testing is required, the product certification engineer sends the applicant a notice of sample delivery and the corresponding payment notice, and at the same time, the applicant is notified to send the sample to the appropriate testing organization to receive the notice.
Stage 3: Sample Receipt of Sample Delivery
The sample is delivered by the applicant directly to the designated testing organization.
After the applicant has paid, please fill in the payment voucher as required.
The testing organization will accept the samples received and fill in the sample acceptance report, and for the unqualified samples, it will issue a sample rectification notice and fill in the sample acceptance report after rectification.
After the acceptance of the sample, the testing organization will fill in the sample testing progress form and report it to CQC.
After CQC receives the progress of the sample testing and confirms that the applicant's relevant fees have been paid in full, it will issue a formal acceptance notice to the applicant, and issue a testing mission statement to the testing organization to formally start the sample testing.
Stage 4: Sample Testing
During the sample testing process, the applicant shall rectify the non-conformities in accordance with the sample testing rectification notice.
After the end of the sample test, the testing organization to fill out the sample test results notice.
The testing organization also transmits the test report and other information to CQC.
Stage 5: Factory Review
For applications requiring factory review, the Inspection Division organizes the factory review.
Stage 6: Conformity Assessment
The product certification engineer collects and organizes the results of each stage, and then carries out the preliminary assessment.
The conformity assessment personnel conduct a reassessment of the above results.
Stage 7: Certificate Approval
The director issues the certificate
Stage 8: Printing, collection, mailing and management of the certificate
The applicant prints the voucher to receive the certificate, self-collected or requested to send the certificate.
