One statistic is that about 7% of American spending is on medical care. But the old age pension is still a better deal in China as far as I can see.
American public elementary and secondary schools are free to people in this state, but few people who can afford it will not let their children go to the public, private high school tuition is about 500 times that of the average high school in China, and about 50 times that of a university.
The U.S. health insurance seems to have no conditions, pay money to apply directly, as for the procedure, in China I do not feel trouble.
