Jin Maoyue Wang Ming poisoning incident

1943 Wang Ming suffered from nervous heart disease during the rectification movement in Yan' an,1late October 194 1 to 10 to August 1942 was hospitalized in the central hospital.

Limited by the medical conditions and drugs in Yan 'an at that time, during the treatment of Wang Ming's illness, Wang Ming's urine contained mercury because of the side effects of Calomel. Wang Ming and Meng Qingshu wrote to the Central Committee, reporting that Jin Maoyue was a Kuomintang spy and wanted to poison Wang Ming.

The rectification movement has just begun. In this regard, the * * * Central Committee immediately formed an investigation committee to review Jin Maoyue. On August 6th 1943, Ren, Kang Sheng, Deng Fa and Li Kenong personally participated in the investigation. As can be seen from their identities, the high specification of this investigation committee shows that the central government attaches great importance to Wang Ming's health, especially after minor mercury poisoning, and has raised its vigilance and set up a special investigation committee to conduct a thorough investigation. As can be seen from the inspection records, Ren, Kang Sheng, Deng Fa, etc. I personally conducted a careful inspection and inquiry on Jin Maoyue.

It can be seen from the consultation records of Comrade Wang Ming by Ren, Kang Sheng, Deng Fa and others on June 30th, 1943/KLOC-0 and the on-the-spot records of the Committee on August 6th, 1943/KLOC-0 that the cause of Wang Ming's poisoning was a medical technical accident caused by Jin Maoyue's negligence in treatment, which was completely caused by the side effects of drugs. In addition, from the report of Comrade Wang Ming's hospitalization with C. Jay Shih on June 5438+0943 1 1, we can clearly see all the records of Wang Ming's illness and consultation, which also shows that Wang Ming's poisoning is a side effect of drugs and belongs to a medical technical accident.

On August 6th, 1943, Ren, Kang Sheng, Deng Fa and others made an investigation and asked about Jin Maoyue. Jin Maoyue changed from an attending doctor to a "defendant". Later, Jin Maoyue wrote a letter to Kang Sheng and the central leaders, and made a profound review on this issue. He said: "I will tell the party honestly that I have no intention of poisoning my dear Comrade Wang Ming with drugs, nor have I been instructed, lured or threatened by anyone, nor have I used the Red Cross to harm Comrade Wang Ming and undermine the party and the border area. This is entirely due to the side effects of drugs and hepatitis, and other drugs are used to treat poisoning. At that time, it was thought that the development of this disease was wrong ... "After Wang Ming was hospitalized with heart and tonsil inflammation, he developed constipation and Qatar jaundice. According to the medical conditions and technical level at that time, the attending doctor Jin Maoyue used the laxative calomel while injecting glucose intravenously. After a few days of treatment, the condition improved, but because doctors and nurses did not check carefully and took calomel for a few days, the condition tended to get worse again and again.

Fu Lianzhang said that after minor poisoning, the consultant decided that Li Dingming would be treated with traditional Chinese medicine. When "asking Comrade Wang Ming whether to change the attending doctor", "Comrade Wang Ming said that he still hoped that Director Jin would attend (probably at the time of liver inflammation)". And "Comrade Wang Ming and Comrade Meng Gang Jr. had a very good relationship with Kim when they were admitted to the hospital".

In "Fifty Years of China" written by the Soviet Union in the 1970s (when China and the Soviet Union were in a hostile state), Wang Ming not only slandered Mao Zedong for instigating Jin Maoyue to frame him, but also fabricated the plot of Jin Maoyue kneeling in front of Meng Qingshu and crying after being diagnosed with poisoning. In the 1980s, when Jin Maoyue was interviewed by comrades in the Central Archives, he recalled in detail Wang Ming's illness and treatment during the Yan 'an Rectification. The third issue of the Central Archives Series 1986 published the contents of this visit with the title of "Materials about Wang Ming's Treatment and Going Abroad".

When Jin Maoyue listened to the story of Wang Ming kneeling in front of Meng Qingshu in Fifty Years of China, at the age of 80, he struggled to get up and said, "Wang Ming farted! Asshole! Nothing! " "At that time, Wang Ming was a dogmatist. I don't know! " "'Double Twelve (Xi 'an Incident)' even released Chiang Kai-shek, saying that Chairman Mao had harmed Wang Ming, and the children didn't believe it! "

In fact, the Central Committee and Mao Zedong are very concerned about Wang Ming's illness. Mao Zedong and other central leading comrades often go to hospitals or homes to solve medical problems in time. 1September 9, 943, and also sent a telegram to Dong in Chongqing, saying, "If you have this opportunity, you can discuss with seven people, including Wang Ming and Wang Jiaxiang, and fly from the Soviet Union to the Soviet Union for medical treatment. Here, I also negotiated with the Kuomintang through liaison personnel. If allowed, the Soviet machine can do it. "

194365438+1October 15, I also wrote to Ren and Li Fuchun, asking them to tell them and the comrades in the Central Committee, firmly denying her statement that someone in the Central Committee was responsible for Wang Ming's poisoning, and saying, "I once again thank Chairman Mao and the comrades in the Central Committee with a hundred thousand enthusiasm. In order to treat Comrade Wang Ming, I have thought of many ways. Yan' an has done everything he can, and Comrade Fuchun often goes to Chongqing, Ann and other places to buy medicine and things for Comrade Wang Ming. These are things that Comrade Wang Ming and I often feel uneasy about ... Without the care of Chairman Mao and the Central Committee comrades, Comrade Wang Ming would have died long ago. In the future, with the continued care of Chairman Mao and the Central Comrades, Comrade Wang Ming will be able to recover and work for the Party again, and will be able to correct his mistakes in practical work with the leadership and help of Chairman Mao and the Central Comrades. " Obviously, this is quite different from what China and Wang Ming said in Fifty Years more than 30 years later.

According to the above-mentioned documents and referring to relevant historical materials, the author found through investigation that Wang Ming's illness in Yan 'an period was very clear, and there was no slander that Mao Zedong "deliberately poisoned Wang Ming and destroyed his health" in the past 50 years in China.
