The Catalogue of Industries with Advantageous Foreign Investment in the Central and Western Regions (Revised in 2013) has been approved by the State Council, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force on June 10, 2013. The Catalogue of Industries with Advantageous Foreign Investment in the Central and Western Regions (Revised in 2008) issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce on December 23, 2008 (National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Commerce Decree No. 4 of 2008) is hereby repealed at the same time.
According to the Provisions on Guiding the Direction of Foreign Investment (Decree of the State Council No. 346 of 2002), foreign-invested projects belonging to this catalog shall enjoy the preferential policies for encouraged foreign-invested projects. Foreign-invested projects under construction in line with the provisions of this catalog can be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of this catalog.
