DMC series boiler pulse bag filter is the latest technical achievements of our company. Operating Principle

The dusty gas enters into the dust hopper from the guide pipe, and the large particles of dust will fall into the dust hopper directly under the guidance of the guide system of the dust hopper, and the rest of the dust enters into the filtering area in the middle box with the airflow, and the filtered clean gas will be discharged through the filtering bag, and then through the upper box, the lifting valve, and the exhaust air pipe. With the filtration, when the dust on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain amount, the dust removal control device closes the lifting valve according to the set procedure, opens the electromagnetic pulse valve to blow, shakes off the dust on the dust filter bag, and falls into the dust hopper through the ash discharge valve.

This series of dust collector is equipped with bypass flue, when the boiler (or incinerator) start, open the bypass flue, in order to prevent the ignition of the oil casting combustion is not good, the oil sticking in the filter bag, in case of open fire will be burned filter bag. When the boiler accident exhaust temperature exceeds the allowable temperature of the filter bag, open the bypass.

The series of dust collector is also equipped with a leakage detection device, by a number of probes (1 per bin room), while there is an air cannon in the ash hopper.

Two, the basic structure

DMC series boiler pulse bag filter consists of box assembly, filter bag assembly, deflector, pulse blowing system, ash discharge system, control system, offline protection system and other components.

1, box part: from the upper box (clean air room), the middle box (filter room), the lower box (ash hopper), flue gas distributor, flower plate, platforms, ladders, feet, air inlet, ash outlet, heat preservation, color panels and other components.

2. Filter bag assembly: The connection design of filter bag frame, cloth bag and hanging bag adopts self-locking device, which is convenient for installation and replacement and can effectively extend the service life of filter bag. Filter bag specifications for: φ1306000mm, φ1606000mm, φ1607000mm three, using polyphenylene sulfide needle felt (imported PPS / PPS504CSl7, water and oil treatment).

3, infusion device: the most advanced international air intake, the design of a unique flue gas distribution device, not only can effectively distribute the dusty gas, but also the separation of large particles, to avoid the dusty gas scouring the filter bag, to further improve the efficiency of the dust removal, and improve the service life of the filter bag.

4, pulse blowing system: recoil coupling box, electromagnetic pulse valve, pressure connector, nozzle pipe, bracket, etc. HGDM-5.6 specifications for the following box cleaning, the rest of the specifications of the upper part of each filter bag has a compressed air nozzle pipe. 7, offline protection system: mainly consists of bypass valve, differential pressure device, material level meter, thermometer, pressure detection device, pulse controller, filter bag leakage detection device. Flue gas temperature is too high or boiler tail recombustion when spraying water treatment, so as not to burn the filter bag. In the clean gas room is equipped with a filter bag leakage detection device consisting of a differential pressure meter, etc., so as to alarm in time when the filter bag is damaged. Due to the large tonnage boiler ignition and low load need to spray fuel oil, will produce a large number of oil-containing gas, the flue gas directly into the dust collector, will cause the filter bag cloth powder layer slate, so that the system resistance increases, affecting the normal operation. The system is equipped with a bypass pipeline, so that the oil-containing gas is discharged through the bypass pipeline at the moment of fuel spraying, thus effectively protecting the filter bag.
