Oxygen cabinet (tank) fire layout requirements?

1. Wet oxygen storage cabinet arrangement of fire requirements

According to the provisions of the "Building Design Fire Code" (GB 50016-2014), the wet oxygen storage cabinet in the arrangement of the fire distance from the surrounding should meet the requirements of Table 4-10.

Table 4-10 Wet oxygen cabinets (tanks) or tanks and buildings, storage tanks, yard fire distance (unit: m)

2. Compressed oxygen tanks arranged fire requirements

(1) fixed volume oxygen tanks of the total volume in accordance with the geometric volume (m3) and the design of the storage pressure (absolute pressure, 105Pa) of the product of the spacing should not be less than the Table 4-10 requirements.

(2) The distance between the oxygen cabinet (tank) and its oxygen plant can be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Oxygen Station Design Code" (GB 50030-2013), according to the requirements of the process layout. Volume is not greater than 50m3 oxygen tanks and its use of plant fire spacing is not limited.

(3) Considering the needs of fire fighting, construction and maintenance, the fire separation between oxygen storage cabinets (tanks) should not be less than the radius of the adjacent larger tanks.

(4) in order to prevent combustible gas storage tanks once the explosion may endanger the oxygen storage tanks, but also in order to meet the needs of fire fighting and construction, oxygen storage tanks and combustible gas storage tanks between the fire distance should not be less than the diameter of the adjacent larger tanks.

3. Liquid oxygen storage tanks arranged fire requirements

(1) liquid oxygen storage tanks and other buildings, storage tanks, yards, fire spacing should be based on the volume of oxygen storage tanks, fire spacing, in accordance with the 1m3 liquid oxygen converted to 800m3 standard state of the gas oxygen calculation.

(2) liquid oxygen storage tanks and its pump room fire spacing should not be less than 3m.

(3) medical and health care institutions with liquid oxygen storage tanks gas station of liquid oxygen storage tanks, a single tank volume should not be greater than 5m3, the total volume should not be greater than 20m3; adjacent tanks should not be less than the distance between the largest tank diameter of 0.75 times; medical oxygen storage tanks and medical and health care institutions in the construction of the Fire spacing should be in line with the current national standard "Medical Gas Engineering Technical Specification" (GB 50751-2012).
