At which moment do you think it's really not easy for migrant workers?

At this moment, I think it is really not easy for migrant workers.

First, when I took out a pile of crumpled change and shook it a few times, I couldn't bear to buy it.

Every time we buy something or eat something, we will see such a group of people, wearing ordinary clothes and not even clean. You can tell at a glance that it is a migrant worker. When paying, they hesitated several times and put a pile of small change in their hands. We can see at a glance that they don't want to eat or buy. Because every penny of migrant workers is exchanged for sweat, tears and even blood, which is real hard-earned money. They know that it is not easy for them to make money, and they also know that the responsibility of supporting their families is great. They would rather not eat or eat less and leave more money for their families. Every time I see this scene, I feel that migrant workers are really not easy.

Second, in order to save money, I dare not go home for several years, or I haven't gone home for several years.

In our country, many rural areas, young and middle-aged people have gone out to work, and there are only children and old people in the village. Some migrant workers go out to work, some go out for several years and don't even go home for the New Year. I once chatted with several migrant workers who came back only a few years ago and asked them why they didn't come back for a few years and didn't want to go home. They say it's not that they don't want their home, their wives, children and parents. It's just that they go far away, and it costs thousands of dollars to go back and forth. Saving this money can better subsidize their families. As she spoke, her eyes turned red. Life is really like a fish drinking water. At the moment when they bowed their heads, at the moment when they had a home and couldn't go back, I really felt the hardship of migrant workers.

Third, after working hard for a year, I can't get my salary by the end of the year and ask for it everywhere.

Migrant workers are not afraid of hardship, tiredness and dirtiness, because their work determines dirtiness, tiredness and bitterness. No matter how tired the work is, no matter how bad the environment is, we can see our migrant workers. They have no choice but to stick to it because of their limited educational level. No matter how tired you are, no matter how hard you try, it's nothing in their eyes, as long as your efforts are rewarded. After a hard year, I remember my monthly salary with a worn-out notebook, and the smile on my face is a happy smile. However, when they happily go to get money to go home for the New Year, they can't get their hard-earned money for various reasons. They are flustered, but they are extremely helpless. At that moment, I felt that it was really not easy for migrant workers.

Fourth, the work is hard and the working environment is particularly poor. Being able to eat and sleep is their great satisfaction.

Migrant workers work hard and often work overtime, sometimes in three shifts, regardless of day and night. Most of them have only one requirement for food, that is, they can eat enough, and there is no problem of eating well at all. If you stay, you can sleep. They are often a group of people huddled in a makeshift board room, and the environment inside is very chaotic, but when they get back there, everyone falls asleep because they are too tired. As long as they can lie down, nothing else is a problem.

In short, at this moment, I think it is really not easy for migrant workers. When they are reluctant to buy things with crumpled money in their hands, when they are afraid to go home in order to save money for several years, when they work hard for a year without getting paid, and when they work and live in a harsh environment, I think it is really not easy for migrant workers.
