Whether the floor heating can save energy depends largely on the floor heating design. Good floor heating design can not only save energy and reduce emissions, but also achieve good heating effect. For this reason, I interviewed Wang Linli, a senior designer, and asked her to summarize some requirements of villa floor heating design for our exchange and study.
Floor heating design of villa I: floor heating equipment design
Equipment selection is particularly important in villa floor heating system. Some floor heating companies think that the mixed water center is dispensable in the independent heating system, but on the contrary, the mixed water center is essential in the villa heating system. In addition to the water mixing center, there are heating devices in the distribution manifold and the distribution manifold. When designing, the maximum number of heating equipment should not exceed 10. Under normal circumstances, each group in the distribution manifold is designed as 8 channels. In order to achieve a better water balance, a distribution manifold with memory adjustment function can be selected.
The second design of villa floor heating: the design of floor heating heat source
Generally, villas have their own heat sources (boilers) when they are handed over. Sometimes, the heating power of boilers installed by developers is less than the heating area demand, so it is necessary to make a new selection of boilers. Only when the function and model of the boiler are reasonably matched can the heating stability of the heating system be guaranteed. When choosing a boiler, it is necessary to calculate not only the heat load required by the heating area, but also the domestic hot water consumption, and choose the power of the boiler according to the results of the two calculations.
Villa Floor Heating Design III: Design of Floor Heating Temperature Control System
In the villa floor heating system, the temperature control system determines its comfort and energy saving. When designing the temperature control system, it should be designed according to the use nature of the house, which can be designed as regional control and layered temperature control. Generally speaking, the bedroom, study and living room can be controlled separately, and the temperature in some areas is better.
Villa Floor Heating Design IV: Floor Heating Main Pipe Design
In the floor heating system, the main pipeline is the pipeline that transports heating water for the whole building. Due to the architectural characteristics of the villa, the room is larger and the water consumption is more. At this time, we should pay attention to calculate the main pipeline of each floor according to the required flow, and choose the pipe diameter that matches the heating system. The diameter of each layer of main pipeline should be gradually tapered from bottom to top.
Villa floor heating design V: Design of floor heating coil
Because the villa has a large space and many French windows, it is very important to design the spacing of floor heating coils. Generally, the distance between the cold wall and the French window is 15cm, and other positions are 20cm. Because it is an independent heating system, the length of the floor heating coil should be kept within 100 meters. The length of each floor heating coil should be consistent.
At the end of the interview, we also learned that villa floor heating is a complex family heating system, which needs professional and experienced personnel to complete in the process of design and installation. In order to ensure the use effect and energy saving of floor heating, we should choose a professional HVAC engineering company, and we must not lose too much because of small things, which will affect our normal home life.
