In addition, high-value consumables are kept directly by the clinical departments and settled after clinical use, saving the hospital a lot of working capital.
With the continuous progress and improvement of medical technology services, the variety of high-value consumables continues to increase, bringing a new test to the hospital's high-value consumables management. The original management methods gradually can not keep up with the rapid development of high-value consumables products, and its shortcomings are gradually revealed.

The unification of the dictionary database has avoided the inconsistency of information statistics between the Control and Sensory Office and the Equipment Division. In the process of organizing, some problems such as renaming, supplier qualification time limit has expired, etc. have been corrected. ② ERP system with automatic red function, when the supplier's three certificates and authorization and other qualifications of the statute of limitations has expired, the system will automatically red, alarm. Until the supplier resubmits valid qualification documents, the high-value consumables provided by the supplier can not be purchased.
