Guan Yu Carelessness
In 234 A.D., after Liu Bei captured Hanzhong, he sealed the Five Tiger Generals, and because Guan Yu was dissatisfied with being equal to veteran General Huang, he launched the Battle of Fancheng for the sake of merit. At first, Guan Yu was invincible, beheading Pound and capturing Yu Ban, and flooding seven armies, making him famous for a while. At this point, Sima Yi advised Cao Cao to unite with Eastern Wu against Guan Yu, so Cao Cao ordered Emperor Xian of Han to edict Sun Quan and promised never to invade Jiangnan.
Sun Quan then sent Lu Meng to raid Jingzhou, and without Guan Yu's knowledge, he was defeated on his back and finally beheaded by a major general of Eastern Wu. Liu Bei learned of the death of Guan Yu, cried almost fainted, in order to give Guan Yu revenge, lifting the whole country forces to cut the Eastern Wu, and finally lost the battle of Yiling, angry Liu Bei then died of illness in the White Emperor City. Jingzhou was the centerpiece of Zhuge Liang's Longzhong Pairing back then, and its importance cannot be overstated.
After Guan Yu's careless loss of Jingzhou, it meant firstly that Shu Han lost a lot of land and population resources. Secondly, the loss of Jingzhou basically doomed the Northern Expedition to hopelessness and made it difficult to reunite the Central Plains. Because of the loss of Jingzhou, it brought great inconvenience to Shu Han's northern expedition to transport food. Finally, the loss of Jingzhou indirectly triggered the Battle of Yiling, which led to the heavy loss of Shu Han's elite soldiers, and Liu Bei's death in Baidi City, which made it difficult for him to get back on his feet.

Morgan
The Morgan Consortium is one of the ten largest American consortia. Its founder Morgan opened a grocery store when he was young, mainly dealing with meat and eggs. On weekdays, Morgan looked after the small store, he went out to buy goods, his wife will come to help. Over time, Morgan found a strange phenomenon: whenever he went out, his wife always sold a lot more eggs. Wife is also the same take eggs, weighing eggs, collect money, why will sell more? Morgan couldn't figure it out.
One day, he pulled down Tom, who came to buy something, and asked why Tom said, "The eggs you sell seem to be on the small side." Morgan wondered: "My family sells eggs are from a chicken farm into, the size is about the same, how no one said my wife sells small eggs?" So he sat in the store to carefully observe his wife's knack for selling eggs. But he found nothing new, just that his wife worked harder.
Because her hands are small, she can't take a few eggs at a time, and she has to bend over several times to fill up the tray, which often causes her back to ache. Suddenly, Morgan thought of something: "I know why, it's because of your hands!" His wife looked confused.
Morgan went on to say: "The reason is very simple, my hands are big, I can pick up more eggs at a time, and I can fill up the tray twice. Whereas your hands are small and the same egg in your hands makes it seem bigger." After this, Morgan put his wife in charge of the front counter, and sure enough, sales went up quite a bit. Later, he also sold the eggs in smaller trays, and sales were even better.
