All those who have entered or returned to Hunan from other provinces should report their itinerary in advance through the "Hunan Resident Health Card - Entry (Return) to Hunan Reporting Registration". Active Nucleic Acid Testing. People entering (returning) to Hunan from land border cities and cities (states and unions) with local outbreaks should hold a certificate of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and then take another nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Hunan. Meanwhile, they should strengthen the health monitoring of themselves and their family members/people living with them within 7 days after entering (returning) to Hunan.

Publicizing the epidemic prevention policy:

1. Adhere to the science of wearing masks. Adopt the good habit of carrying a mask with you. Taking public **** transportation, elevators and other confined spaces, going to the hospital, patients with fever or respiratory infections, engaged in health care, public **** services and other high-risk exposure personnel, should wear masks correctly. Elderly and frail people, patients with chronic diseases are recommended to wear masks when going out.

2. Maintain a safe social distance. When you go to a crowded place, pay attention to keep a social safety distance of at least 1 meter from others. When there is a lot of traffic, queue up in an orderly manner to avoid crowding.

3. Maintain good personal hygiene. Be diligent in washing your hands with soap or hand sanitizer and running water, or disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer. Do not touch your mouth, eyes or nose with your hands before cleaning them. Cover up with your elbow or a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Do not spit. Wrap oral and nasal secretions in tissue paper and dispose of them in the trash.

4. Maintain good indoor ventilation. The room and office should be well ventilated to avoid dirty air. Before using the air conditioner in winter, it should be cleaned and disinfected as necessary to maintain a certain air flow and natural ventilation.

5. Pay attention to dietary safety and hygiene. Go to a regular supermarket or market to buy fresh products, shopping can use disposable plastic bags back to the hand to pick frozen chilled food, to avoid direct contact with the hands, while wearing a mask. Purchase frozen food from abroad, pay attention to the customs food quarantine information, and do a good job of disinfecting the packaging. Handle raw and cooked ingredients separately and cook them thoroughly. Hand hygiene should be maintained in shopping, handling ingredients, before and after meals.
