I copied from the standard I wrote within the equipment management system standard: "Equipment Management System - Requirements" PMS / T1-2013 for your reference:
4.4.5 Equipment lubrication management
a) Enterprises should, according to the needs of equipment lubrication management, clear lubrication management unit, with full-time or part-time lubrication management and technical personnel. The lubrication management and technical personnel, clear enterprise equipment lubrication management at all levels engaged in equipment lubrication management positions and daily lubrication staff responsibilities;
Note 1: the enterprise's equipment lubrication management, usually by the equipment management department is responsible for. Large enterprise equipment management department should be equipped with full-time lubrication engineer, small and medium-sized enterprise equipment management department should be equipped with part-time lubrication engineer, workshop oil change worker can be full-time or part-time.
Note 2: enterprise equipment lubrication management levels, usually refers to the company or plant, department or section, workshop or section, team.
b) Enterprises should establish equipment lubrication management system, the content of the system should cover the whole process of enterprise equipment lubrication management, including equipment lubrication management, specific requirements and implementation methods to guide the daily lubrication management of the enterprise;
Note: the main content of the whole process of equipment lubrication management: lubricant selection (including lubricant replacement options), demand plan, procurement and acceptance (new oil) Note: The main contents of the whole process of equipment lubrication management: lubricant selection (including lubricant substitution selection), demand planning, procurement and acceptance (new oil quality evaluation), warehousing and storage, lubricant issuance, lubricant and lubrication facilities and tools visualization management, equipment daily lubrication and inspection (fixed point, fixed quality, fixed quantity, fixed time, fixed method, fixed person), monitoring of equipment lubrication and wear status (in-use oil evaluation), contamination control of the equipment lubrication system, equipment lubrication and wear failure analysis and prevention, sealing and stopping the leakage, determining the period of oil change, oil refueling and cleaning, rehabilitation, disposal, waste oil recovery and disposal, and lubrication management. Treatment, recycling and disposal of used oil, improvement of equipment lubrication systems and devices, and requirements for promoting the implementation of lubrication management.
C) lubrication professionals should be based on the type of equipment, load, temperature, speed, pressure, (working) environment, media, energy consumption, cost and other factors, as well as equipment related lubrication technical information and experience, etc., comprehensive consideration to determine the type of lubricant suitable for use in the equipment, grades and quality levels;
d) according to the need for equipment lubrication management to establish a lubrication standard, lubrication standards should cover the lubrication of the "six rules". It is appropriate to cover the lubrication "six", fixed point, quality, quantity, time, method, post;
Note: lubrication "six" refers to:
Fixed point: refers to the lubrication of the part;
Quality: refers to the type of lubricant, grade
quantitative: refers to the amount of equipment lubricants used, qualitative specific description of the judgment criteria, quantitative parameters and units of measurement should be clear;
Timing: refers to the lubrication of the interval cycle;
Fixed method: refers to the lubrication of the tools used, such as: manual grease gun refilling, manual smearing, hand-powered pumps, etc.;
Fixed post: refers to the implementation of the lubrication of the clear post.
e) according to the lubrication standards, the establishment of the enterprise lubrication management work plan and implementation of operational records;
f) should be based on the lubrication management needs of the lubrication-related personnel to provide training to ensure that they have the ability to carry out their duties;
g) lubrication implementation of the operation of the personnel should be in accordance with the requirements of the enterprise lubrication management of the lubrication of the daily lubrication requirements, such as refueling, oil change, filtration, testing, etc.; do a regular inspection of the lubrication system. Do regular inspection, cleaning, waterproofing, dustproofing, adjusting, testing and other daily maintenance of the lubrication system;
h) Enterprises should set up lubrication stations according to the needs of lubrication management, configure appropriate lubrication tools, equipment and testing instruments, etc., and should ensure that lubricants, appliances, and storage areas are clearly labeled to keep the environment of the lubrication station clean, and to prevent dust, fire, rain, sun, leakage;
g) Lubrication operators should do their job according to the requirements of lubrication management.
i) according to the needs of equipment management, the establishment of equipment lubrication status monitoring system, according to the results of the monitoring of the equipment to take reasonable lubrication, pollution control, oil change and depending on the circumstances of the maintenance and other measures;
j) correctly determine the quality of lubricants used in the equipment and oil change, refueling cycle, the use of lubricants does not meet the minimum requirements for equipment lubrication, should be replaced in a timely manner and reasonably Disposal;
k) The storage, transportation, use, custody and disposal of lubricants should prevent pollution of the environment and health hazards, and ensure safety;
l) In order to improve the lubrication effect of the equipment and to reduce the oil consumption and energy consumption, the enterprise should improve or optimize the lubrication system and devices of the equipment according to the needs;
m) In order to improve the lubrication effect of the equipment, reduce the fuel consumption and energy consumption, the enterprise should improve or optimize the lubrication system and devices of the equipment according to the needs. Lubricant consumption, the need to lubricate the consumption of equipment parts and components for statistical records, it is appropriate to lubricate the equipment wear and tear failure downtime and reasons for analysis and records;
Note: through the statistical analysis of lubrication management data, can be used to enhance the lubrication management for the enterprise to provide the basis for economic benefits.
n) The above records should be maintained.
