2. The total water inflow of reverse osmosis is controlled by RO inlet control valve. When the reverse osmosis inlet water has not changed, it is forbidden to tamper with the RO inlet water control valve and fully open or close it. RO concentration discharge control valve is used to adjust the recovery rate of the system. If the recovery rate has not changed, it is forbidden to tamper with the centralized emission control valve, and it is absolutely forbidden to fully open or close it. 3. The device shall not be shut down for a long time and run for at least 2 hours every day. If it is planned to be shut down for more than 72 hours, the components should be protected by filling 1% sodium bisulfate and 18% glycerol with a chemical cleaning device.

4. The reverse osmosis device shall be flushed for10min when the inlet pressure is less than 0.4Mpa at each stop and start.

5, operating pressure control, should be on the premise of meeting the water production and water quality, take as low a pressure value as possible, is conducive to reducing the membrane water flux attenuation, reduce the membrane replacement rate. 6, the operator should record the operating parameters every hour, testing the use of pure water equipment and the quality of the water. The main records are as follows: water inflow: PH value, conductivity, pressure, SDI and water temperature. Water yield: conductivity, flow rate and PH value; Concentrated water: flow rate, pressure and inlet pressure of each section.

7. When high and low pressure alarm occurs in reverse osmosis equipment, first check whether the manual valve opening between the security filter and the high-pressure pump is too small, then check whether the RO inlet regulating valve and the concentration exhaust valve are normal, and then press the high and low pressure alarm reset button to restart the pure water production equipment.

8. For the inlet water temperature control, according to the actual water consumption, the low temperature when the critical pressure (when the inlet water pressure is lower than this value, the desalination rate drops obviously) can not meet the requirements of water production and water quality as the inlet water temperature in this time period, which can reduce the attenuation of membrane water quantity.
