Introduction of Juwan Town

Juwan Town, founded during the reign of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty, is a town under the jurisdiction of Zaoyang City in Hubei Province. Located 22 kilometers southwest of Zaoyang, it was founded during the reign of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty, and has been known as "the unfilled Ju Bay", the hometown of the martyr Cheng Kexin, "the pioneer of the revolution and the people's son", and the birthplace of the first party branch and party group in Zaoyang County. Juwan Township covers an area of 219.65 square kilometers, with 34 administrative villages, 1 neighborhood committee and 292 village groups under its jurisdiction. Juwan Town was newly built in April 2001 by merging the former Juwan Town and three party branches of Caiyang Street, Caiyang and Station.
