What is the principle of self-locking nut?

Self-locking nut generally relies on friction, and its principle is to press it into the preset hole of sheet metal through convex teeth. In general, the diameter of the square preset hole is slightly smaller than that of the riveted nut. The nut is connected with the locking mechanism. When the nut is tightened, the locking mechanism locks the ruler body, and the ruler frame cannot move freely, thus achieving the purpose of locking. When the nut is loosened, the locking mechanism is separated from the ruler body and the ruler frame moves along the ruler body.

Other series:

1: high-strength self-locking nut: a classification of self-locking nuts, with high strength and strong reliability.

2. Nylon self-locking nut: Nylon self-locking nut is a new type of high anti-vibration and anti-loosening fastener, which can be applied to various mechanical and electrical products at -50 ~ 100℃.

3. Traveling self-locking nut: The traveling self-locking nut with double ears seal consists of four parts: sealing cover, self-locking nut, pressure ring and sealing ring.

4. Spring self-locking nut: the spring clip self-locking nut consists of an S-shaped spring clip and a self-locking nut.
