The document clarifies the specific measures to grant subsidies to the low-income recipients, the extremely poor, and the poor people who have set up files to participate in the basic medical insurance; All localities are required to implement serious illness insurance, and for the needy people, including the low-income recipients, the extremely poor people and the poverty-stricken people who set up files, we will implement inclined payment policies such as lowering the deductible line, increasing the ceiling line and reimbursement ratio, and appropriately expanding the scope of compliance fees and medical treatment projects.
