At the same time, exposure to second-hand smoke can also increase the incidence of stroke, respiratory diseases, angina pectoris and lung cancer. It can be said that smoking is an act of "suicide" and "murder" of others. According to the World Health Organization, many people die not from diseases, but from unhealthy lifestyles. To prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, we should start from establishing a civilized and healthy lifestyle.

If you want to avoid cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, you need to control your emotions and avoid mental tension and fatigue. Because of bad stimulation, mental stress and fatigue, blood pressure will suddenly rise, leading to insufficient blood supply to the heart or cerebral vascular rupture. You also need to control your diet, eat regularly and don't eat too much. In addition, the pathogenesis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is the same, and they are all clinical diseases caused by insufficient blood supply to the heart and brain organs caused by atherosclerosis.
