The main feature of CMI is that it reflects rich symptoms and involves multiple systems. Using CMI, we can not only collect the information that clinicians often ask, but also collect a large number of physical and behavioral problems that are easily overlooked in clinic, so as to fully understand health problems.

Another feature of CMI is that mental symptoms are an important part of the questionnaire. While evaluating mental state, the relationship between comprehensive physical symptoms and mental symptoms is taken into account, and the role of symptoms and functions in health evaluation is highlighted.

The CMI questionnaire is divided into 18 parts, each part is sorted alphabetically, and * * * has 195 questions (see table 1).
