Another feature of CMI is that mental symptoms are an important part of the questionnaire. While evaluating mental state, the relationship between comprehensive physical symptoms and mental symptoms is taken into account, and the role of symptoms and functions in health evaluation is highlighted.
The CMI questionnaire is divided into 18 parts, each part is sorted alphabetically, and * * * has 195 questions (see table 1). The questionnaire covers four aspects: physical symptoms, family history and past history, general health and habits, and mental symptoms. Except for questions related to the reproductive system, the contents of the questionnaire for men and women are exactly the same. There are 5 1 items in the M-R section, which are about emotional, emotional and behavioral problems related to mental activities.
