CCTV Finance reported that an instant noodle exported to Europe by Nongxin Group, a well-known Korean instant noodle company, was found to have a serious carcinogen exceeding the standard. At present, relevant institutions in Lamian Noodles, Nong Xin have issued notices to European countries to stop selling and recall related products. It is reported that this instant noodle is not exported to China in large quantities.

In South Korea, Nongxin Group has more than 50% market share of instant noodles. Last week, the European Food Safety Agency detected the first-class carcinogen ethylene oxide in the seafood noodle soup exported by Nongxin Group to Germany in June 5438+ 10 and March this year, which was 148 times higher than the EU standard value. At present, the agency has issued a notice to European countries to stop selling and recall related products.
It is understood that 30% of instant noodles produced by Nongxin Group are used for overseas sales. This instant noodle with serious ethylene oxide exceeding the standard in Europe is seafood noodle soup, which is available in Korea.
However, Nongxin Group said that the instant noodles and export products sold in Korea were produced by different factories, and the company did not detect ethylene oxide in the raw materials. This instant noodle is not exported to China in large quantities, and the products on the domestic e-commerce platform are all Korean versions purchased by domestic manufacturers.
