1 Pay attention to students' mental health.
Director Zhan Wansheng, a famous moral education expert in China, brilliantly pointed out: "Psychological education is the foundation of quality education." It can be seen that students' mental health education has been paid more and more attention and has become a hot and difficult issue in comprehensively promoting quality education. In order to better understand the students' mental health status and provide help for the school to better carry out mental health education in the future, I conducted a questionnaire survey on the mental health status of primary school students from grade three to grade six in our school. The results show that the mainstream of love, care, sympathy, filial piety and self-confidence of rural primary school students is still good. However, a few students have psychological problems such as apathy, inferiority, timidity, jealousy and weariness of learning. There are social reasons, family reasons, school reasons, guardian reasons and students' own reasons. The survey results help us to understand the mental health status of rural primary school students, grasp their psychological trends, analyze the causes of psychological problems, and find reasonable moral education countermeasures. In this regard, the head teacher should pay attention to students' mental health, focus on the cultivation and guidance of students' good psychological behavior according to the age and physical and mental characteristics of rural primary school students, and provide timely consultation and guidance to students with psychological obstacles for correct training. Cultivate students' correct outlook on life and values, as well as the spirit of self-reliance, self-care and hard work, so that students can devote themselves to their study and life with healthy body and mind.
2 love is the premise of doing a good job in students' ideological work
It is a long-term job to manage classes well and cultivate students' good ideological and moral quality. Without the word "love", it is difficult for a class teacher to persist in this work. The teacher's love for students is a magical educational force. It is necessary for students to "learn from others and believe in their ways", treat each student patiently and lovingly, be close to them, care about their daily study and life at school, and care about their growth, such as students' food hygiene, difficulties in life and study ... When students are sick, teachers are present and help them solve them in time, which will warm people's hearts and make them feel the deep love of teachers. When students are under psychological pressure or ideological burden, the class teacher will prescribe the right medicine for them, give them facts, reason, convince others by reasoning, empathize with others, and relieve the ideological crux of students through ideological work, so that they can happily adapt to school life and study.
3. Do a good job in training education
Although the daily code of conduct is trivial, it plays a key role in people's growth and success. It is the unshirkable responsibility of schools, especially class teachers, to cultivate students' good behavior habits. Teach students to be polite, reasonable, honest and helpful. Teachers should set an example, cultivate students' good manners and manners, treat people with subtle influence, grasp every little thing in life, infiltrate ideological education in time, enable students to form good behavior habits, and often learn primary code and the daily behavior norms of primary school students. In education, we should attach importance to students' personality education and social morality education, and highlight the pertinence, pertinence and effectiveness of moral education. At the same time, I gradually improve the quantitative management system in the work of class teachers, quantify students' conduct, insist on evaluating students' conduct once a week, truly record students' daily performance at school, and strengthen ideological and political education while strictly managing, so as to combine the two closely, turn the requirements of rules and regulations into students' conscious behavior, and provide institutional and institutional guarantee for cultivating students' good psychological quality and doing a good job in moral education.
4. Carry out various forms of moral education.
Class education is the focus of school moral education and the bridge between school education, family education and social education. Through this activity, I inspired students' feelings of loving the earth, cultivated students' awareness of green civilization in harmony with nature, and enabled them to establish environmental awareness from an early age, start from small things, start from themselves and actively participate in environmental protection actions.
4.2 Organize various meaningful collective activities.
Organize students to go out to participate in public welfare activities, cultural and sports competitions, and go out to play, so that students can cultivate their sentiments in the activities, enhance the cohesion of the class collective, promote the formation of a good class spirit, and cultivate students' good psychological quality. Organize students to participate in the school sanitation and dormitory cleaning, and cultivate students' labor skills. For example, with the theme of "What am I studying for?", students can discuss and speak, which can stimulate their thinking ability and improve their thinking.
4.3 Hold regular parent-teacher conferences.

In short, the head teacher should be good at doing students' ideological work through various channels to relieve students' psychological obstacles and problems.
